Service Description
You no longer have to worry about a thing. I collect your shoes in Brussels, whether from your home or office, in an environmentally friendly way with my zero-emission vehicle. First, we assess which shoes need repair. These are then sent directly to our in-house cobbler. We guarantee high-quality, long-lasting repairs. In our workshop, your shoes receive meticulous care. We can wash and waterproof shoes and sneakers if needed. Stains and scuffs are removed as thoroughly as possible. Color touch-ups are carried out if necessary: Rohleder shoes are re-dyed. Heels and sole edges receive a fresh coat of paint. Various creams ensure the leather remains supple. For a perfect finish, we use premium waxes and select brushes made of horsehair and cashmere. Shoe care typically takes two to three days. Repairs take one week. You will receive a detailed invoice. All additional work will only be carried out after prior agreement with you. One-time service fee for collection and delivery.
